Grievance Redressal

  • The grievance will be acknowledged and the Company shall take adequate steps for redressal of grievances of its clients within 14 working days of receipt of such request(s)
  • If the decision/resolution provided by the Principal Officer is not acceptable, or require the assistance of the Authority in resolving a dispute, the customer may approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI), Sy.No.115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500 032, or call IRDAI Grievance Call Centre Toll-free 1800 4254 732
