We are looking for folks who have previously been:
Founders
You've built something and lived with the outcome. You know what real accountability feels like.
Product Managers
You've shipped things that moved metrics — not feature lists. You can point to the before and after.
Product Engineers
You've built systems that run in production. You know the difference between a demo and a product.
The Standard
  • You have something concrete to show. Not a title. Actual outcomes with numbers. You have shipped real products to production.
  • Deep technical ability with sharp business thinking.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving instincts.
  • You know how to build — and understand why it matters.
  • You move fast without breaking things that matter. You know the difference.
  • You have strong opinions on product, and can defend them with data.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. You don't need a spec to start.
You'll be working with the people who built Plum from the ground up. Every one of them has shipped something real and lived with what happened next.
